A speed sensor issue was to blame when this MerCruiser MAG 350 Horizon engine started losing its full quota of power on it’s Doral Monticello base.
After diagnosis, Simon changed the speed sensor and reset the memory faults on the ECU.
The power was thus reunited with the engine.
My power loss due to half term, cannot be fixed by Simon plugging me in for diagnostics, only the medicinal properties of Bakewell tart could hope to do that.
