Terms & Conditions

1. The 10% Cash Back offer applies to all new Yamaha four-stroke outboard models from 2.5hp to 25hp only.
2. The 10% Cash Back offer applies to new leisure use outboards purchased from participating, authorised Yamaha dealers during the promotion period 21/2/14 to 18/5/14.
3. The 10% Cash Back Scheme applies to new purchases made during the promotion period and claims for the Cash Back should be made direct to Yamaha Motor (UK) Ltd (YMUK) by the purchaser.
4. The Cash Back amount differs by outboard model and is calculated as 10% of the current Recommended Retail Price of the outboard engine.
5. One claim per transaction only, ie. per outboard purchased. Maximum Cash Back is £563.90 on the FT25FETL model..
6. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to claim the 10% Cash Back by returning the dummy Cash Back Cheque to YMUK before 1st June 2014
7. The dummy Cash Back cheque should be completed on the reverse with purchase details and stamped by the selling dealer.
8. The purchaser is responsible for the postage of the claim to YMUK.
9. On receipt of the completed dummy Cash Back cheque form YMUK will validate the outboard sale and send a cheque for 10% of the RRP of the model purchased direct to the applicant.
10. The supplying dealer must Warranty Register the new outboard on the YMUK Warranty System to allow validation of the sale and Cash Back payment.
11. YMUK are not responsible or liable for any claims that are lost or otherwise mislaid in the post.
12. The 10% Cash Back offer can not be used in conjunction with any other YMUK offer during the period.
13. Claims for the Cash Back will only be accepted from individual purchasers.
14. No alternatives to the Cash Back scheme are offered or implied.
15. The offer is only available from participating authorised Yamaha Motor (UK) outboard dealerships. Not all dealerships are participating in the scheme.
16. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the supplying dealership is participating in the Cash Back scheme.
17. No applications for Cash Back will be accepted for engines purchased from non participating dealers.
