Altering The Pitch Of A Propeller

‘Pete the Prop’, is a clever bloke. He works quietly and methodically attending to his propellers, he’s the sort of bloke that can turn his hand to anything and here he is, turning his hand.
He’s changing the pitch of this particular prop from 27 inches to 24 inches, using direct heat, a few tools and a steady hand.
The tug it belongs to, had been stalling when the engine was put into gear, as a direct result of the incorrect pitch.
