French Marine to the rescue!

Luckily for a German gentleman sailing from Holland in his Steel Ketch his breakdown wasn’t all bad news.
Engineer Simon French was quickly able to attend due to his lucky proximity to French Marine Motors.

The fault code on his Volkswagen 100-5 TDI stated that there was an ignition timing issue. This was quickly rectified but unfortunately for our German traveler, Simon discovered possible Piston and internal engine troubles. It Won’t be long before he will be off on his travels again I’m sure.
